Activity and mood

A good balance of activities that exercise your brain, body, and imagination, as well as activities where you spend time alone and others where you spend time with others, can help you manage your mood and the emotions that you experience.

This balance is different for everyone. Some people may find that a lot of time spent doing physical activities alone and some time socialising with others is best for them, whereas other people may enjoy a mix of activities that challenge their brain and imagination followed by some time alone.
