Activities and schedules

Activity categories is a way to organise different types of activities that can be done at home into different groups based on how they can benefit us. Doing an activity out of each category every day can help us by:

  • Reducing boredom.

  • Ensuring we get a balance of mental and physical stimulation.

  • Developing social skills, imagination and creativity, and self-regulation.
